이와 관련해, 서비스 정책 업데이트 및 일부 용어의 명확화 등을 반영하여 디즈니+ 이용약관 및 관련 정책이 일부 개정될 예정입니다. 앞으로도 디즈니+에서 블록버스터 영화부터 새로운 시리즈, 오리지널 작품까지 다양한 콘텐츠와 서비스를 계속해서 즐기실 수 있으니 많은 관심과 이용 부탁드립니다.
디즈니+ 서비스 이용을 위해서는 개정되는 약관과 정책의 전체 내용을 확인해주시기 바라며, 개정된 약관은 향후 디즈니+ 구독 및 서비스 이용에 적용됩니다. 주요 내용은 아래와 같습니다.
1. 이용약관 변경 주요 내용
(1) 약관의 변경 관련 상세 설명 및 통지 관련 내용 정비 (전문, 제1조(c)항, 제4조 (c)항, (d)항)

2. 취소 및 환불 정책 변경 주요 내용

3. 변경 약관 및 정책 적용일
- 변경된 개정 이용약관 및 정책은 2026년 5월 8일자로 신규 구독자에 대하여 효력이 발생합니다. 다만 2026년 5월 8일 이전 가입한 기존 구독 회원에 대해서는 변경된 약관 및 정책이 2026년 6월 12일부터 적용됩니다(참고로 효력 적용일 이전인 2026년 6월 11일까지는 이전 약관 및 정책이 적용되며, 그 전에 구독을 재시작 하면서 변경된 약관 동의 절차를 진행한 경우 해당 동의일자로 적용됩니다.)
- 변경 내용을 주의 깊게 확인해주시고, 관련 문의가 있는 경우 고객 서비스팀으로 연락 주시기 바랍니다. 개정 이용약관 및 정책에 동의하지 않으시는 경우 2026년 6월 12일 전까지 당사의 취소 및 환불 정책에 의거하여 구독을 취소하거나 유효 구독이 없는 경우 고객센터에 안내된 절차에 따라 계정 정보 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 2026년 6월 12일 전까지 별도의 조치를 하지 않으시는 경우, 해당일 이후 디즈니+ 서비스 이용과 관련하여 변경된 이용약관과 취소 및 환불정책의 적용을 받게 됩니다.
Update in Disney+ terms and policies
Disney+ is the service where you can enjoy world class films and entertainment including the best of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, Hulu and more. We continue to expand our content offerings and app experience, as well as commercial offerings that provide customer choice.
Accordingly, we are making some updates to Disney+ Subscriber Agreement and the relevant policy for the updates in service policies, clarification on the terms, etc. You will continue to enjoy the best content and experience including blockbuster movies, to brand-new series and exclusive Originals.
For the use of Disney+ service, we encourage you to review the updated terms in full. Unless actions are taken as outlined below before the changes take effect, the revised terms and policies will apply to Disney+ subscription and service usage. A summary of the changes is included below.
1. Updates in Subscriber Agreement
(1) Updates in details related to changes in Subscriber Agreement and the relevant notice procedure (Preamble, Section 1(c), Section4(c),(d))

2. Updates in the Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Reflecting changes regarding the distinction between the committed subscription term and the billing period
- Categorizing items for immediate cancellation with partial refund and the right to withdraw

3. Effective Date for the updated terms
- The updated Subscriber Agreement and policies are effective as of May 8, 2026 for new subscribers. For prior and existing subscribers, who subscribed registered prior to May 8, 2026, these updates will be effective beginning on June 12, 2026 (Note: the prior version of our Subscriber Agreement will apply to you until June 11, 2026 unless you restarted beforehand the subscription and consented the updated terms in which case such consent date shall be applicable).
- Please review the updated Subscriber Agreement and the related policies in full. If we can assist you with any questions or concerns, please contact VX. If you do not agree with the amendments to the Subscriber Agreement and the related policies, you can cancel your subscription subject to the cancellation and refund policy or, if you do not have an active subscription, request the deletion of your account information by following the procedures guided through our Help Center before June 12, 2026. If you do not express your intent to take any action before June 12, 2026, you will be subject to the amended Subscriber Agreement and the updated Cancellation and Refund Policy regarding your use of the Disney+ service from such date.
